Canopy Beds for Boys

Ok, well I think it's fair to say that when we think of canopy beds we tend to think of girls. A princess canopy bed or flowing white canopy covers are all the domain of girls who like pretty things. Not very manly for a young boy and the sort of thing that could give hi a bit of a complex! Actually though there are probably more imaginative ideas out there for boys then there are for girls. This isn't to say anything against girls and what they like it's merely to point out that boys have lot and lots of different adventures that they like to go on.

Knights of the round table, cowboys and indians, space trooper, soldier, Africa explorer. All these different make believe games lend themselves to canopy beds. Sure go ahead and buy a ready made canopy bed them for boys or get a simple frame and dress it up with you boys input. I'm a big fan of do it yourself because it will bring you and your child closer and is creative.
